Pain

Pain is a symptom of obstructed energy flow, whether it be acupuncture meridians, nerve conductance, lymphatic circulation, blood circulation, cellular communication, or connective tissue communication.  It is the job of a healer, practitioner, therapist, yoga teacher, nutritionist, psychologist, energy worker, or spiritual healer to correct the energy obstruction or imbalance.  It is the responsibility of the sufferer to seek the truth of the underlying cause of the condition, or to change that part of his/her lifestyle which is involved, whether it be the wrong exercise system, not enough exercise, wrong diet, inadequate supplementation, negative attitudes, or not having the willingness to release old emotional traumas.

No matter where ones pain is, it can be related either directly or indirectly back to the spine.  The foundation for every treatment should be directed to the spine first.  Next, the interrelationship of the extremities to the spinal structure must be balanced.  Past injuries, no matter how long ago, can cause this.  The third phase is to analyze and correct organ/gland/blood disharmonies and dysfunctions so that the internal and external bodies function together in harmony.  Fourth, the energetic body which includes the acupuncture meridians, muscle emotional complexes, muscle emotional complexes, chi or life force strength, and the chakras must be brought into alignment.  It is here that we find past emotional traumas, post traumatic stress syndromes, losses and disappointments.  Also, the cause of negative addictions, hopelessness, and depression will be linked to these areas.

Treatment is dependant upon what is found.  It may require chiropractic manipulation, acupuncture or Chinese medicine, emotional release treatments using essential oils, cold laser treatments, diet and supplement, exercise recommendations, or spiritual guidance.

We are the healing center of the future, for we cover every aspect of what the body, mind, and soul needs to come to an understanding of what is the foundation of the symptomotology.

In addition to the above specific treatment applications, it must be emphasized that chemical bombardment from skin care products and toothpaste can lead to tissue toxicity, which result in chronicity of pain and inflammation.  Therefore it is essential to use products that do not contain toxic components, especially synthetic essential oils.  The best products are Young Living shampoos, conditioners, skin moisturizers, soaps, toothpastes, all of which contain therapeutic grade essential oils.

Call Sandra and she can set up an account for you to order items that will replace the toxic ones.

There are certain foods which cause or aggravate pain syndromes.  It is best to eliminate these from the diet:

Pork or any meat from pork
Cured meats also called deli meats
            Too many nuts
            Shrimp and shellfish
Corn products, especially anything with high fructose corn syrup
Acid fruits like oranges, grapefruit, kiwi, strawberries and plums.
            Spinach, arugula, kale, chard
            Too much garlic and onions
            French fries and onion rings
            Too much turkey and chicken
            Peanuts, peanut butter

If you or any family member or friend have any pain or functional disorders, don’t put it off.  Let us figure it out and get it fixed.  Call for an appointment and make a commitment to get to the bottom of it, without doubt and restraint.

"Health Alert" - Confronting Your Stress and Japan

The constant watching of CNN News concerning Japan causes the brain of the observer to believe that the individual himself is going through the same plight.  This will shut down all forward motion in life.  The body is put into a survival mode which makes decision making very difficult.  Even choices to improve ones health are put on hold. I call this “decision making paralysis”.

Now is the time to be balanced, eliminating the accumulation of negative and hopeless news. I recommend limiting the news coverage to 15 min. a day to avoid being harmed by the news and falling into an addiction to it.  Secondly, I recommend treatments to bring the body and mind out of the spirit of despair or hopelessness.

For those that can’t come in for a treatment, I suggest the following immediately:

Call the office and order NET – Earth.  This is a homeopathic spray to maintain the Earth Element.  In Chinese Medicine, the Earth Element is composed of the stomach, pancreas and spleen.  The emotions generated from an imbalanced Earth Element are the following:

A lack of assurance of survival
Dying through another (taking on others deaths)
            Hopelessness
            Lack of control over events
            Deficiency of safety
Excessive empathy for others who are suffering

For the possible radiation exposure, it would be extremely important to obtain iodine pills and keep them for future use as needed.  We have a limited supply, so call soon.

Remember, stress leads to imbalances in hormones.  Hormones have a direct effect on the immune system.  A confused or depleted immune system becomes the foundation for disease.  The best protection is a proper nutritional supplementation program.  I am here to help you and guide you through all hard times.

The Consciousness of Healing

Seeking healing is the same as pursuing a path of consciousness, a relationship with God, or even an understanding of one’s self.  It is a life long process.  Healing takes time and is no different than the farmer who prepares the soil, chooses the seed, sows the seed, waters it with just the right amount of water, and then waits patiently for the harvest day using his time pulling the weeds out.

Healing isn’t easy and it can be messy.  It requires investment, learning, instruction, discipline, courage, patience and determination to maintain the course.  It requires a choice to make decisions to mature in wisdom so one can overcome the temptations of negative pleasure or falling prey to the desire of the quick fix.

It requires the overcoming of fear, worry and negative expectations.  Even more deeply, it is a journey of clearing and transforming self deprecating and undermining of ones own perceived value, self image, world image, negative unforgiving judgments.  It may be the need to heal how one perceives life itself and the future.  Many see life as their enemy or as an adversary.

Healing must be from the inside out, not the outside in.  This means that the patient is seeking the causes, the chain of events that lead to the symptom complex.  These causes can include injuries in the past of the structural body, past emotional wounds from abuse, deprivation syndromes resulting from a lack of expressions of worthiness from parents, past drug use, past decisions that were made with motives to hurt the honor of a parent.  Other issues could be past dietary habits that have left the body injured metabolically.  Radiation exposure in different locations of the world can have life long consequences.  Some people have a few of these, others have layers upon layers, which can take a long time to heal.  Either way, it is a path that must be taken.

Probably the most difficult person is the one who is inherently strong, who feels very little wrong.  This is the person who never shows symptoms or very little.  Because symptoms are the language of something going wrong, they never believe that they are vulnerable to disease.  Because of this they never seek a real healer who can see thru the armor.  The consequence is that this type of individual is always the one that comes down with a sudden life threatening problem like heart disease or cancer and is bewildered by why it happened to them.  My experience and many healers is that the weak always out live the strong because they seek after understanding and care for themselves, while the strong live in denial and usually think the path that the weak chose to heal is wrong or foolish.

With today’s world being filled with toxins, constant stress, multiple sports that produce injuries, massive information stress, and lack of exposure to nature, it requires a new consciousness to survive.  This new consciousness is to not wait for something to go wrong, but to be checked and balanced often and follow the rules that the conscious healer can offer.  The patient should participate in healing as much as possible in every stress that comes upon them.
